This upscale villa has a crescent-shaped driveway. The public areas of the house join in a step-format leading to three individual patios with dual pergolas. The east side of the house accommodates the sleeping areas on both the main- and lower levels. The sloping terrain leads to a custom pool surrounded by lush landscaping.
