Rising up to the left of the Phoenix tower is an imposing 8-story addition. It consists of 149 suites, flanking a large central lobby leading to a unique pool and the seaside restaurant. Supporting the new accommodations is a 3-story back-of-the-house with a staff area, storage- and maintenance facilities, a kitchen and even a casino.
