This intriguing modern building houses various government services for the area of Noord. Included are facilities to host official or social gatherings (with or without entertainment) as well as a place to buy some food/snacks. With expansive glass areas, insulating materials, and a dual roof design with 330 solar panels, it is a net zero building.
